• • Uploaded images — processed in server memory to produce the output you requested.
• • Text prompts — used to generate your requested output.
• • Device identifier — a cookie-based identifier that lets anonymous users keep track of their credits and history without an account.
• • Account information — if you choose to sign in, we store the email address and profile information provided by your authentication provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate and improve the service: to generate the images you request, to track your credit balance, to display your history, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use your images or prompts to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded images are processed in memory and deleted immediately after generation. Generated images are retained for a limited period to allow you to view and download them:

• • Anonymous users — generated images are retained for 7 days.
• • Signed-in users — generated images are retained for as long as you keep them in your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the site (hosting, authentication, and payment processing). These providers process data only on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not share your images or prompts with third parties for marketing or training purposes.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Signed-in users can delete any generated image directly from their Dashboard. To request deletion of your account or any other data, contact us at hello@img-img.net.

6. Children's Privacy

img-img.net is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
