img-img.net provides a web-based AI image transformation service. You can upload images, write text prompts, and receive generated outputs. The service is available for free, with optional Pro subscriptions that add higher limits and advanced features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload and the prompts you write. You must not use the service to generate or distribute:

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the prompts you write. Images you generate using the service are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions imposed by applicable law.

5. Credits & Payments

The Free tier is provided at no cost and includes anonymous usage. Pro subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription billing is handled by our third-party payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the AI models, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the normal operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the generated outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, img-img.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
